Pork Tail In BBQ Sauce
(烧烤酱猪尾)
材料:
1 small cinnamon stick, 3 small star anis, 2 cup any BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup water, 2 large oxtail or pig tail

HOW TO COOK

In pan with oil brown pigtail with cinnamon stick and star anise
放入锅中,撒上肉桂棒和八角油的棕色猪尾。

Add bbq sauce and mix well then add water bring to a boil
加入烧烤酱并拌匀,然后加水煮沸。

Transfer to preasure cooker on high for 30 minute
转移到高压蒸煮锅上30分钟。

Put on baking tray and bake at 160 C for 15 minute till sauce thicken then serve
